Gordon Rees Scully Mansukhani and Oved & Oved sued a trio of defendants Thursday in Texas Western District Court on behalf of a Florida company that alleges it was conned into purchasing large quantities of disinfectant products amid the COVID-19 pandemic. The complaint, which seeks $90 million in lost profits and expenses, contends that the defendants provided false assurances that the products would meet government standards for sale in Argentina.

The suit, brought on behalf of ABHP LLC, pursues fraud and negligent representation claims against Bio Supplies LLC, The Lynd Company and Via Clean Technologies LLC. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendants. The case is 5:22-cv-00096, AHBP LLC v. The Lynd Company et al.
