Quarles & Brady filed a patent lawsuit Wednesday in Florida Southern District Court on behalf of Epic Systems Corporation. The suit, which takes aim at Decapolis Systems LLC, seeks declaratory judgment for the non-infringement of two patents, for software used by healthcare providers, that are held by the defendant. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendant. The case is 9:22-cv-80173, Epic Systems Corporation v. Decapolis Systems LLC.
