Kelley Kronenberg filed a lawsuit Friday in Florida Southern District Court alleging breach of a settlement agreement on behalf of Timothy Jacobs and Heather Koch. The suit targets Andrew Greenbaum and Steven Michael. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendants. The case is 9:22-cv-80180, Jacobs et al v. Greenbaum et al.
