Charles Schwab, a financial services holding company, was sued Friday in Florida Middle District Court for alleged breaches of the Family and Medical Leave Act. The lawsuit was brought by Richard Celler Legal on behalf of Carolyn Knudsen. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendant. The case is 6:22-cv-00242, Knudsen v. Charles Schwab & Co., Inc.
