There’s a skills gap in South Florida’s legal community that young attorneys can plug, according to speakers at a technology roundtable hosted by the University of Miami Law Review.

It’s the ability to be agile in meeting the pace of innovation and change, said attorney Leigh-Ann Buchanan, who’s president of aīre ventures and focuses on tech and innovation projects that promote racial equity, diversity and inclusion.
