Attorneys at Rumberger Kirk & Caldwell on Monday removed a product liability lawsuit against Future Motion Inc., the maker of electric skateboard Onewheel, to Florida Middle District Court. The suit was filed by the Law Office of Aaron A. Karger on behalf of Kwynn Koop. The case is 3:22-cv-00134, Koop v. Future Motion, Inc.
