A Florida Supreme Court suspension and probation of a Miami attorney is a cautionary tale for legal practitioners undergoing divorce proceedings—due to the litigation's impact on mental health.
The high court suspended Eric Satin, formerly of Packman Neuwahl & Rosenberg in Miami, for 18 months, and placed him on probation for two years, after he violated multiple Rules Regulating The Florida Bar in his divorce litigation.
