Counsel at Marshall Dennehey Warner Coleman & Goggin on Monday removed a personal injury lawsuit against Jones Lang LaSalle, a Chicago-based commercial real estate company, and T-C 701 Brickell LLC to Florida Southern District Court. The suit was filed by Schlacter Law on behalf of Jean Orta. The case is 1:22-cv-20455, Orta v. T-C 701 Brickell, LLC et al.
