Two South Florida attorneys convinced a jury to return an eight-figure verdict, despite their client lacking the appearance of any permanent physical injuries as he sat in the Broward Circuit Court during a one-day trial.
Michael Pike and Robert Johnson, partners at Pike & Lustig in West Palm Beach, represented Jovanni Verduzcoa—a construction laborer, whose legs were pinned under a tractor at a construction site.
