Partner promotions at South Florida law firms dipped in 2021 but nearly regained pre-pandemic levels in 2022, a Daily Business Review analysis found.

Among 32 law firms with South Florida offices included within this review, including 15 Am Law 100 firms, 10 Second-Hundred firms, and seven midsize firms, 2022 new partner classes were 27% larger than they were in 2021, although they still trailed 2020 figures by 10%.
