Morgan & Morgan filed a personal injury lawsuit Wednesday in Florida Middle District Court targeting the U.S. Postal Service. The complaint was filed on behalf of a man who was hit on the head by a rusted flagpole due to USPS' alleged negligence. The case is 8:22-cv-00442, Kiley v. United States of America et al.

The case, filed Oct. 2 in Massachusetts District Court by the Brown Law Firm on behalf of Stephen Austen, accuses certain officers and directors of misleading investors in regard to Symbotic's potential for margin growth by failing to disclose that the company was not equipped to timely deploy its systems or manage expenses through project delays.
