Attorneys at Greenberg Traurig on Friday removed a consumer class action against sports merchandise seller Fanatics to Florida Middle District Court. The complaint, brought by Sharmis & Gentile and KalielGold PLLC, accuses the defendant of deceptively marketing 'Free Shipping' and then adding a $1.99 handling fee to customer orders. The case is 3:22-cv-00219, Montrose v. Fanatics, Inc.
