Robert Hayes and Neil Quartaro of Cozen O’Connor are defending Capital Jazz Inc. in a pending breach-of-contract lawsuit filed by Royal Caribbean Cruises. The action, initiated Jan. 13 in Florida Southern District Court, seeks damages resulting from Capital Jazz’s cancellation of a cruise ship charter in Jan. 2022 amid the Omicron surge of COVID-19. Royal Caribbean is represented by Sanchez Fischer Levine. The case, assigned to U.S. District Judge Darrin P Gayles, is 1:22-cv-20187, Royal Caribbean Cruises Ltd. v. Capital Jazz Inc.
