Real estate investors' interest in the marina industry is growing as South Florida boat sales have risen during the COVID-19 pandemic, and that's led to a new industry trend focused on food and beverages.
Part of the reason for that new interest is a change in demographics, according to Victor Ballestas of Integra Investments.
