This week, Greenspoon Marder announced a new franchise law practice group with the hiring of five attorneys, including three from Boca Raton boutique Wasch Raines.

Adam Wasch, who co-founded Wasch Raines with Alan Raines, joined as partner and chair of the new practice group. His father, Joseph Wasch, arrived as of counsel, and associate Natalie Restivo also moved to Greenspoon Marder’s Boca Raton office.
