Attorneys at Spencer Fane on Thursday removed a lawsuit against Medicredit to Florida Southern District Court. The complaint was filed by the Law Offices of Jibrael S. Hindi and other law firms on behalf of Loubert Dumas, who accuses the defendant of wrongfully pursuing him to pay for charges related to treatment for a work-related injury. The case is 9:22-cv-80334, Dumas v. Medicredit Inc.
