Carnival, the international cruise line headquartered in Florida, was slapped with a lawsuit Monday in Florida Southern District Court for alleged sexual assault. The suit was filed by Nunez Law and Notari Law and behalf of two anonymous parents who allege that their 17-year-old son was assaulted by a cruise ship employee. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendant. The case is 1:22-cv-20684, Doe et al v. Carnival Corporation.
