Quinn Emanuel Urquhart & Sullivan filed a securities lawsuit Tuesday in Florida Southern District Court on behalf of Cyprus-based First Ocean Enterprises SA and other plaintiffs. The suit, against Beau Wrigley Jr., heir of the Wrigley fortune, Surterra Holdings Inc. and other defendants, accuses the defendants of falsely misrepresenting the company's financial prospects and fraudulently inducing plaintiffs into investing a redacted sum of money. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendants. The case is 9:22-cv-80360, TradeInvest Asset Management Company (BVI) Ltd. et al v. Wrigley Jr. et al.

The case, filed Oct. 2 in Massachusetts District Court by the Brown Law Firm on behalf of Stephen Austen, accuses certain officers and directors of misleading investors in regard to Symbotic's potential for margin growth by failing to disclose that the company was not equipped to timely deploy its systems or manage expenses through project delays.
