Florida’s Third District Court of Appeal Chief Judge Ivan F. Fernandez and his colleagues, Kevin Emas and Alexander S. Bokor, reversed Miami-Dade Circuit Judge David C. Miller’s ruling that had disqualified Cortiñas and his law firm.
