A jury rejected a man who claimed that he fractured an ankle in a fall at a Naples hotel.

On May 27, 2017, plaintiff John Ringelstein, an automotive body shop’s technician, was a guest of a hotel that was located at 3250 Tamiami Trail N., in Naples. Ringelstein claimed that he fell while he was descending an exterior stairway. He further claimed that he suffered injuries of his back, a heel and his neck.
