The commercial real estate industry’s lack of diversity has been glaring for a while, and it’s now causing real estate companies to invest their resources into the next generation of trailblazers by tapping into a diverse pool of rising professionals.

JLL’s Florida offices have created a permanently-endowed fund to support students interested in pursuing careers in commercial estate with an investment of $25,000. The fund is available for two full-time Florida A&M University students who are either sophomore or junior from the Southeast and have a minimum 3.0 GPA.
