On Monday, the New Orleans-based law firm Adams and Reese announced the acquisition of Cotney Construction Law, a 16-lawyer full service construction law firm in Tampa.
The former Cotney Construction Law attorneys, which include five Florida Bar board-certified construction lawyers and two certified general contractors, are primarily joining Adams and Reese's Tampa office, bringing its lawyer head count to 27. Several attorneys are working in the Am Law 200 firm's St. Petersburg and Sarasota locations as well.
