JPMorgan Chase was sued Monday in Florida Southern District Court. The suit, for alleged fraudulent wire transfers, was filed by Lomaxlegal on behalf of Christendath Rambarath. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendant. The case is 9:22-cv-80400, Rambarath v. J P Morgan Chase Bank, N.A.

The suit, accusing the defendant of selling knock-off Graco products, was filed Dec. 18 in New Jersey District Court by Rivkin Radler on behalf of Graco Inc. and Graco Minnesota.
