Downtown Miami Springs could soon be revitalized, according to a Miami developer who said he hopes to diversify Miami’s economy.
MV Group USA has announced multimillion-dollar plans to redevelop two large retail centers in Miami Springs. The properties, owned by MV subsidiary Flagler Ponce Development, are located in what CEO Manny Angelo Varas says is a gateway into Miami.
