Progressive filed a complaint for declaratory judgment Tuesday in Florida Southern District Court over an insurance coverage dispute. The complaint, brought by Freeman, Goldis & Cash and arising from underlying wrongful death claims, names C&F Transport and the Estate of Pablo A. Bello Riveron as claimants. The case is 1:22-cv-20775, Progressive Express Insurance Company v. C&F Transport, LLC, a Florida Limited Liability Company et al.
