Carnival, the international cruise line headquartered in Florida, was sued Tuesday in Florida Southern District Court for personal injury claims. The court action was brought by the Hoffman Law Firm on behalf of Charlene Canyes. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendant. The case is 1:22-cv-20858, Canyes v. Carnival Corporation.
