The Florida Supreme Court has ruled in favor of a Colombian private equity fund, which disputed arbitrating a craft beer company’s $500 million claim in a Miami venue.

Adolfo E. Jimenez, a partner at Holland & Knight, successfully represented Tribeca Asset Management Inc. against Ancla International S.A. Ancla’s attorney, Santiago A. Cueto of the Cueto Law Group, alleged that Tribeca used trade secrets to set up the sale of a rival beer company to Belgian drink company Anheuser-Busch InBev.
