The last two years of distress brought by the pandemic forced law firms to pivot and improvise in order to survive. However, as firms strive to move forward from crisis and grow in 2022, they are facing deep-seated challenges, such as talent retention and modernization, that require an operational transformation to overcome.

These challenges have always been an imperative, but were placed on the backburner by many at the height of COVID-19.
