Phelps Dunbar filed a trade secret lawsuit Monday in Florida Middle District Court on behalf of H&R Block. The suit pursues claims against Tina Osborne, a former H&R employee accused of misappropriating confidential information in order to benefit her own competing business venture. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendant. The case is 8:22-cv-00710, HRB Resources LLC v. Osborne.
