Clyde & Co. filed a complaint for declaratory judgment Monday in Florida Southern District Court on behalf of OMS National Insurance. The complaint, which names Jarred Leibner, Perry Stuart Seider and other claimants, arises from professional liability claims related to allegations of overcharging for oral surgery. The case is 0:22-cv-60627, Oms National Insurance Company, RRG v. Seider et al.
