Kennedys filed a complaint for declaratory judgment Monday in Florida Middle District Court on behalf of James River Insurance. The complaint, which names law firm Sheehe & Associates and other claimants, seeks to deny professional liability claims in connection with underlying litigation alleging excessive legal billing. The case is 6:22-cv-00613, James River Insurance Company v. Sheehe & Associates, P.A. et al.
