The growing demand for faster delivery and large population growth in South Florida is putting pressure on industrial rental rates.
That's according to Dominic Montazemi, executive managing director at Cushman & Wakefield, which arranged both the $22 million sale and financing of a West Palm Beach industrial building. Located at 1601 Hill Ave., the price equates to $155 per square foot.
