Returning to the office was an exciting prospect for many South Florida attorneys after months of isolation during the COVID-19 pandemic, but as the novelty appears to be wearing off, many law firm leaders are seeking new ways to get employees through the door.

Among them is Saul Ewing Arnstein & Lehr. Beginning in May, the firm will ask all attorneys and staff to be in the office every Wednesday, and to spend another four days a month with clients and colleagues in person.
