Morgan & Morgan filed a wage-and-hour class action against Baptist Health Systems Inc. Monday in Florida Middle District Court following a Dec 2021 hack on its timekeeping software, Kronos. The suit was brought on behalf of current and former non-exempt hourly employees who allege wage-and-hour violations as a result of the hack. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendant. The case is 3:22-cv-00383, Mitchell v. Baptist Health System, Inc.
