Pryor Cashman filed a lawsuit Tuesday in Florida Southern District Court alleging breach of fiduciary duty in the context of a family business feud. The suit pursues claims on behalf of New Jersey resident Steven Stone, who is suing his parents over his termination from the family business and his replacement as trustee of a family trust. Stone alleges that he was abruptly fired while on vacation in retaliation for accusing his father of misconduct. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendants. The case is 9:22-cv-80548, Stone v. Musico et al.
