PepsiCo is the parent company of Frito-Lay. 
Counsel at FordHarrison on Thursday removed a lawsuit against Frito-Lay, a PepsiCo company, to Florida Middle District Court. The complaint, over alleged race-based employment discrimination, was filed by Lee Law on behalf of Quinton Mays. The case is 5:22-cv-00179, Mays v. Frito-Lay, Inc.
