Clyde & Co. filed a lawsuit Wednesday in Florida Southern District Court on behalf of Nautilus Insurance Company. The suit, which pertains to an underlying drowning incident, was filed against Juliet Byfield and International Sport Connections Inc. Nautilus seeks a declaration that no coverage is afforded under its renewal, surplus lines insurance policy due to a paddle board exclusion. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendants.
