Jackson Lewis filed a lawsuit Tuesday in Florida Northern District Court on behalf of Fairmarkit alleging fraudulent transfer and unjust enrichment. The complaint targets former Fairmarkit sales director Jackie Paul Whaley for allegedly failing to return over $51,000 in 'erroneous' payments, and failing to pay for a company laptop the plaintiff had agreed to sell. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendant. The case is 3:22-cv-05067, Fairmarkit, Inc. v. Whaley.
