A Miami-Dade Circuit Court jury awarded a multimillion-dollar verdict to the client of a trio of South Florida attorneys.
And this case may be one of the last remaining cases in which Uber Technologies Inc. provided uninsured motorist coverage for its passengers that were injured as a result of someone else's negligence. But attorneys John Fischer, Jordan Redavid and Keyla Smith, partners at Fischer Redavid in Hollywood, Florida, said that has now changed.
