Counsel at Wicker Smith O'Hara McCoy & Ford on Tuesday removed a lawsuit against Volo Logistics Inc. to Florida Middle District Court. The suit, for personal injury claims arising from a motor vehicle collision, was filed by the Truck Accident Law Firm and Florin Gray Bouzas Owens on behalf of Robert Luehrs. The case is 8:22-cv-00867, Luehrs v. Volo Logistics Inc.
