ERC LLC, a portfolio company of Brightstar Capital Partners, announced its agreement to merge with engineering and cybersecurity consulting firm Oasis Systems. The transaction, announced April 13, is expected to close in the second quarter of 2022. Financial terms were not disclosed. Riverview, Florida-based ERC is represented by Kirkland & Ellis. Oasis Systems, which is based in Burlington, Massachusetts, is advised by a Sullivan & Cromwell team that includes partners Jeannette Bander, Ari Blaut, Scott Crofton, Joseph Matelis, Joseph Shenker and David Spitzer.
