Commercial real estate giant Jones Lang LaSalle has brought a federal breach of contract lawsuit against a parking real estate operator and its affiliate that allegedly owe $3.5 million in unpaid invoices.
The breach of contract lawsuit points the finger at Reef Technology Inc., which transforms parking facilities into mobility and logistics hubs, and its affiliate Vessel Operating Holdco LLC.
