Burger King was slapped with a consumer class action Thursday in Florida Southern District Court alleging that packaging for the company's 'Whopper' burger contains harmful per- and polyfluoroalkyl substances (PFAS). The suit was brought by Dolan Dobrinsky Rosenblum Bluestein and the Keeton Firm. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendant. The case is 1:22-cv-21150, Cooper v. Burger King Corporation.
