South Florida attorneys are busier than ever, with nearly half a dozen on the plaintiff and the defense side saying that the recent state and federal court pace in moving litigation has prompted them to rethink their strategies.
William Lewis, the co-managing partner of Morgan & Morgan's business trial group, said one of the immediate challenges of the uptick in state court cases is having out-of-town experts prepared because the docket is clearing faster.
