Saul Ewing Arnstein & Lehr filed a civil rights lawsuit Tuesday in Florida Southern District Court targeting the City of Miami Beach. The complaint, pursuant to the Religious Land Use and Institutionalized Persons Act, was brought on behalf of Congregation 3401 Prairie Bais Yeshaya Dkerestir and Arie Wohl. The case is 1:22-cv-21213, Congregation 3401 Prairie Bais Yeshaya Dkerestir, Inc. et al v. City of Miami Beach.
