After major practices like real estate and litigation took a hit in the first half of 2020, GrayRobinson bounced back later in the year and through the first eight months of 2021 to close its fiscal year last Aug. 31 with record revenue and a double-digit profit increase.

The Orlando-headquartered firm earned $156,750,000 in gross revenue last year, a 3.2% increase from its 2020 fiscal year. Revenue per lawyer hit $615,000, climbing 5.3% as full-time-equivalent headcount decreased by 1.9%. Average partner compensation rose 13.3% to $504,000 while the total number of partners held flat.
