An attorney for an orthodox rabbi is asking a federal district court to enter a preliminary injunction against the City of Miami Beach to stop allegedly infringing on his client’s constitutionally protected First-Amendment rights.

The motion comes just one day after plaintiffs—Rabbi Arie Wohl and his Congregation 3401 Prairie Bais Yeshaya Dkerestir Inc.—implicated in a federal lawsuit attorney and Miami Beach Mayor Dan Gelber, who is a partner at Gelber Schachter & Greenberg.
