A jury found that a Melbourne Applebee's restaurant was not liable for an 85-year-old patron's fall and resultant leg fracture.
On June 18, 2018, plaintiff Peter Wolff, 85, fell while he was traversing the dining area of a restaurant that was located at 1545 Palm Bay Road, in Melbourne. He suffered an injury of a leg.
