The Florida Bar on Wednesday filed a petition for an emergency suspension of Bruce Jacobs, who is the subject of multiple pending ethics complaints.
And in the petition, the bar asserted that those multiple pending ethics complaints demonstrated that Jacobs, a partner at Jacobs Legal in Miami, posed a danger to the public because the attorney allegedly attacked the judiciary, "without an objectively reasonable basis for doing so."
