Manhattan law firm Schwartz Sladkus Reich Greenberg Atlas is the latest New York law firm to follow its clients to South Florida, announcing a merger Friday with Boca Raton boutiques Bresky Law and Johnson Ritchey & Feldman that brings its head count to 63 attorneys.

Bresky Law is an appellate boutique led by partner Robin Bresky that also does trusts and estates, real estate, and corporate transactional work. Johnson Ritchey & Feldman specializes in matrimonial and family law, with partners Caroline Johnson, Christen Ritchey and Joel Feldman practicing complex litigation, family mediation, collaborative law, and associated corporate and trusts and estates work.
